The invention of Nebojša Simin represents a device which produces energy by means of recurrent mechanical-electrical connection between the eccentric fly-wheel that is rotating on the outer part of the wheel and the wheel, which is oscillating on the surface together with the electromagnets. The electric motor is maintaining the rotation speed of the eccentric fly-wheel, compensating the force of friction and air resistance. Rotation of the eccentric fly-wheel causes forced oscillation of the wheel and electromagnets, fixed for the outer part of the wheel. Because of that, there is an induction of alternate current in the coils, which is partly distributed to the electric motor, and partly to the external user of the electric energy. After setting up working conditions, the external energy source is shut down and the device starts to function autonomously.
The invention is closely connected with inventions of Veljko Milković, which are based on two-stage oscillators. It can particularly be comapred with his following inventions: Electric generator with a pendulum and magnet bumpers (MP-37/00, 14/06/2000) Electric generator operated by wind and gravity (MP-63/00, 19/12/2000) and Wind generator with a two-armed lever and a wind circuit with eccentric mass (MP-44/01, 03/05/2001).
Eccentric fly-wheel (17) and rotor of the electrical motor (22), which are tied by the axle of the fly-wheel (18), are rotating on the outer part of the wheel (2). The wheel (2) with electromagnets (3 and 4), is forcibly oscillating on the surface (1). One part of the inducted alternating current in the coils (5 and 6) is lead towards the electric motor (17), which maintains the rotation of the eccentric fly-wheel (17) and produces direct current for electromagnets (3 and 4). The rest of the current is used by the external user. This enables production of alternating current without the use of an external source of energy, except when starting the device.
In addition to production of electrical current, the device can be used as inertial drive for earthly and space traffic, without the use of fuel. In both usages, the device creates energy on the principle of work sustainment. The useful work of the device is the result of inertial forces, which occur during rapid movement of the oscillators that the device is made of.
Instead of one, you can have as many synchronised, diametrically positioned eccentric fly-wheels on the wheel (2) as you like, which reduces the friction and increases the power of the produced current.
